JARVIS

JARVIS

Jarvis Raines (Kolton Stewart) is a passionate dreamer with a lot of big ideas, and with the right help, there's no stopping him. He can charm anyone into doing anything for him, a trait that will come in handy as the new owner of Knickknack Toys. Jarvis knows that to bring his company into the 21st Century, he'll have to make a splash, take chances, bend expectations, and surprise people. Of course, he won't be able to do it alone, so Jarvis hires a mixed bag of personalities from his high school that bring the right skills to the party. And, if he has it his way, it will be a party.

PIPER

PIPER

Piper Gray (Charlie Storwick) is a sardonic, alternative “hacker chick” (her term). She can program code, overclock a computer, and kick your butt at Halo. All that makes Piper a natural to head up the Knickknack Toys video game and app division. While Piper is great with computers, people are not exactly her thing. They make too many mistakes and you can't unplug them. The one person she does have time for is Jarvis, on whom she has a painful crush. But if Jarvis ever found out how Piper feels about him, she would have to crawl into a hole and die.

BOWIE

BOWIE

Bowie Sherman (Harrison Houde) is one of Jarvis's best friends. And Jarvis may be Bowie's only friend. Bowie may not be cold and calculating, but he does like calculating, and he often has a cold. Even though his mother made him take a sweater. He wants to use his skills to engineer new toys, but his ideas range from bad to dangerous. Bowie may not have Jarvis's creative flair, but he definitely marches to the beat of his own drum. Well, he actually doesn't have a drum. He has bagpipes. And you do not want to see him march to those. He's terrible and doesn't have the legs for a kilt.

GENEVA

GENEVA

Geneva Hayes (Sydney Scotia) is the prettiest girl in school and by all accounts, unattainable. That is, unless, you find yourself owning a toy company and can pay her an exorbitant sum of money to be your personal assistant. Not that Geneva does any work. And why would she, when everyone trips over themselves trying to do it for her, Jarvis included? Geneva drives Piper to the brink of madness because everything always seems to go her way, but despite all that, Geneva is impossible to hate. She's just too darn sweet.

ASTER

ASTER

Aster Vanderberg (Travis Turner) has flair. He likes looking good and he doesn't care who knows it. In fact, if you don't look good, he'll make sure you know. Aster is in charge of décor, graphic design, packaging, and the overall look of Knickknack's toys. If asked to create fashions for a doll, he would approach it with the same passion and intensity that the world's top designers bring to their work with human models. Aster is creative, confident, and completely comfortable with who he is. You, on the other hand, he can do without.

KNOX

KNOX

Malcolm Knoxford III (Dylan Playfair) is known to everyone as “Knox,” partly because it's short for his last name, but mostly because he's had so many knocks to the head. An extreme sports junkie and amateur daredevil, Knox is a guy who will do, try, or eat anything. These traits make this human crash test dummy the perfect product and safety tester for Knickknack Toys' new and often dangerous prototypes. Knox is as loyal, protective, and enthusiastic as a dog, though maybe not as smart.

CANDACE WHEELER

CANDACE
WHEELER

Candace Wheeler (Ellie Harvie) is the former C.E.O. of Knickknack Toys. A high-powered, ruthless executive, Candace doesn't care who she runs over on the road to success. She also doesn't care who she runs over on the road to Starbucks. Driven to succeed, Candace hates that she lost her company to Jarvis. A kid! She's willing to do anything to get her company back, including sabotaging it from within.

MRS. BUBKES

MRS.
BUBKES

To everyone at Knickknack Toys, Mrs. Bubkes is a kindly, old cleaning woman from Meeskatania, an obscure Eastern European country. She speaks no English, only a language no one can understand. Mostly because she's completely making it up. Mrs. Bubkes is really Candace Wheeler in an elaborate prosthetic disguise. When she's not cleaning up the place, she's trying to destroy it. Her tactics range from the psychological to the explosive, but no matter what she tries, it tends to blow up in her face.

P. EVERETT
KNICKKNACK

P. EVERETT
KNICKKNACK

P. Everett Knickknack is the symbol of Knickknack Toys. He's a sweet, playful old man with a twinkle in his eye who, as the story goes, founded the company. Is there a real Knickknack? Is he just a cartoon? Will we ever find out? The answer to at least one of these questions is 'Probably.'

MMMBOING

MMMBOING

Mmmboing is a high-tech rubber ball with a motion-powered nano-generator in its core. While most balls release energy every time they bounce, the nano-generator counteracts that effect, allowing Mmmboing to literally bounce forever. This sounds like a cool toy until you realize there's no way to stop the high speed menace that is now perpetually bouncing freely out in the world.
